How to make spicy chicken biryani?
Biryani is a very tasty delicious rice dish. It is cook every where and eat every where with craze. Many masalas use in biryani they give spicy delicious taste. It's spicy fragrance is mouth watering. It is mostly eating in lunch time also in dinner. When some special guests invited in home on meal without biryani meal is not complete. How we prepare it let's discuss.
Spicy chicken Biryani
Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 kg
Rice: 1 kg
Onions: 3 to 4
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Tomato: 3 to 4
Green chillis: 4 to 5
Lemon: 3 to 4
Green coriander: 2 cups
Mint: 1 cup
Yogurt: 1 cup
Biryani masala: 1 pack
Tamarind: 1 small packet
Rice: 1 kg
Onions: 3 to 4
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Tomato: 3 to 4
Green chillis: 4 to 5
Lemon: 3 to 4
Green coriander: 2 cups
Mint: 1 cup
Yogurt: 1 cup
Biryani masala: 1 pack
Tamarind: 1 small packet
Preparation:
1: Take a tensile add water and salt in to and boil rice. When rice boiled then remove water from them.
2: Take an other tensile add oil and onions in to it and fry until the onions going to brown color then add chicken, garlic and ginger paste into it and fry.
3: when chicken fried then add all above ingredients in to it and Fry until all masala mixed with chicken.
4: when chicken masala ready then closed the burner.
5: Now take two cups add 3 to 4 tsp water in to each cup then add yellow and red color in it and dissolved with spoon.
6: Now in a tensile add chicken masala oil in the bottom layer of tensile then add rice layer then add chicken masala layer so in this way add on layer of rice and one layer of chicken masala.
7: On last layer of rice spread red and yellow color with spoon and cover tensile lid and take it 10 to 15 minutes on low burner.
8: Now tasty spicy chicken biryani is ready serve with Raita and salad.
