Spicy Qeema recipe:

Beef / mutton Qeema is a very tasty and spicy delicious dish. Qeema take very short time for preparation but it is necessary that well cooked meat use for your diet which is good and healthy for your health.

Spicy Qeema recipe

Ingredients:

Beef /mutton Qeema: half kg
Garlic and ginger: 2, 2 tsp cut into small pieces
Onions: 2 to 3
Turmeric powder :1 tsp
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Cumin powder :1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Green chillis: 3 to 4
Tomatoes: 2 to 3
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need

Preparation:

First of all take a tensile add Qeema, onions, garlic and ginger, Turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon and Cardamom in to it and add 2 glass water in to it on the burner and boil it when water dried then add oil,red and black pepper, dried coriander powder and Cumin powder, tomatoes and green chillis and fry them for almost 5 to 7 minutes then add green coriander on it. Now spicy Qeema recipe is ready to eat serve with roti, salad and Raita etc
