How to make chicken steam rost?

Steam rost is a very tasty delicious and mouth watering dish. It's taste is wonderful and spicy. Every body like it. It is mostly prepare on many occasions. How it prepare now we discuss it.

Ingredients:

Chicken: large pieces 1 kg
Venigar: half cup
Yogurt: half kg
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Red food color: 1 tsp
Green Coriander: 1 cup
Mint: 1 cup
Salt: according to your taste

Preparation:

All above ingredients mixed in yogurt and then add chicken pieces in to it and take it in to fridge for 6 to 8 hours then fry them until their color turns to golden brown then take a big tensile add small amount of water in to it and take a pores surface tensile on water and then chicken pieces place on it and cover tensile lid on low burner take it almost 45 minutes to 1 hours. Now chicken steam rost is ready.
