Chicken Haleem with chawal recipe :
Haleem chawal is a very famous dish. It is very tasty delicious and mouth watering dish. Every body like it. Daal chawal, channay chawal and Haleem chawal, these are very good and tasty combination of food.

Haleem take some time for preparation so there for it is mostly prepare on special events. I prepare chicken Haleem with rice, now discuss it.
Haleem preparation :

Ingredients :
Chicken: half kg
Daal channa: 1 cup
Daal moong: 1 cup
Daal masoor :1 cup
Garlic: 2 tsp in small pieces
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder :1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Green chillis: 12 to 14
Green coriander: 2 cups
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Daal channa: 1 cup
Daal moong: 1 cup
Daal masoor :1 cup
Garlic: 2 tsp in small pieces
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder :1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Green chillis: 12 to 14
Green coriander: 2 cups
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Preparation :
1: First of all above three daals dip in water for almost half hour.
2: Chicken boil in water and then separate it's bones.
3: Now in pressure cooker add water and daals and all above ingredients except green chillis and green coriander.
4 :Lock the pressure cooker and note the time almost 20 to 25 minutes.
5: For tarka take a fring pan add oil and garlic pieces in to it and fry them until their color turns to golden brown.
6: Now add chicken in to daals and mixed them well then add tarka in to it.
7: At last add green chillis and green coriander on it and serve with rice.
Rice preparation:
Allu Matar pulao
Ingredients:
Rice: half kg
Potatoes: 2
Peas: 2 cups
Onion: 1 to 2
Garlic and ginger paste: 1, 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Cinnamon: 1-2
Cardamom: 2
Green chilli: 5-6
Tomatoes: 2 to 3
Potatoes: 2
Peas: 2 cups
Onion: 1 to 2
Garlic and ginger paste: 1, 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Cinnamon: 1-2
Cardamom: 2
Green chilli: 5-6
Tomatoes: 2 to 3
Preparation:
1: Take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and fry them well until onions color turns to brown then add small amount of water in to it.
2: Now add all above ingredients except rice and fry them well.
3: When Peas and potatoes cook well in masala then add 1 kg water in to it. When water boiled then add rice in to it and cover tensile lid.
4: When water dried then take dam on low burner for 5 to 7 minutes.
5: Tasty delicious Allu matar pulao is ready serve with Haleem, salad and Raita.
