How to make chicken vegetable pulao recipe?

Chicken vegetable pulao is a very tasty and delicious rice recipe. It is cook every where and easy to prepare. Fresh vegetables make its taste very delicious every body like it.  How we prepare it let's discuss.

Rice recipe
                   Chicken vegetable pulao 

Ingredients :

Chicken: 1 kg
Rice: 1 kg
Potatoes: 3 to 4
Peas: 2 cups
Cabbage: half kg
Coliflower: half kg
Carrots: 5 to 7
Green chilli: 5 to 6
Tomatoes: 4 to 5
Lemon: 2 to 3
Green coriander: 2 cups
Mint: half cup
Onions: 3 to 4
Garlic and ginger paste: 2 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 2 tsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 2 to 3
Salt: according to your taste
Black pepper: 1 tsp

Preparation:

Take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and Fri until the onions going to brown color then add chicken and garlic, ginger paste, Turmeric powder, salt and cinnamon in to it and Fri until the chicken live water and turns to golden brown color. 

Now add all above vegetables and ingredients in to it and Fri them after 15 minutes add water and boil them.  Then add rice in to it and boiled until the water dried then live it on low burner at 10 to 15 minutes

Now chicken vegetables pulao recipe is ready to eat serve with Raita and salad.
