Fried Fish recipe:
Fish is a very important part of our diet. It is rich in vitamins. It is good for health and fitness. Fish is important source of daily food in South East Asian countries and almost all over the world. Mostly fish eat with rice in many countries.
Fried fish is a very tasty and delicious recipe. It is very easy to cook and take very short time for preparation. So when guests came into home then we easily make it and serve for our guests.
Fried Fish pieces
Ingredients:
Fish: 1 large size (cut into pieces)
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Fish masala: 3 tsp
Lemon: 2 to 3
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Dried coriander: 2 tsp
Salt: according to your taste

Cumin powder: 2 tsp

Preparation:
1: First of all wash fish carefully and cut into small pieces.
2: Then garlic and ginger paste mixed on these pieces very well.
3: Then add fish masala, lemon, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, dried coriander and salt on it.
4: All ingredients mixed well with fish pieces and left it in freezer for almost 10 to 15 minutes.
5: Now take it from freezer and in a karahi add oil and heat it when it completely warm then add fish pieces one by one into oil and fry them for almost 5 to 7 minutes.
6: Now fried fish is ready serve with Raita and chatni.
