Safaid channay ka salan recipe:
Safaid channay recipe is a very tasty and delicious recipe. It is mostly prepare with rice or roti,naan. It's taste depends on well cooked channa. It is sink in warm water for almost half hour.
Channa salan or channa pulao recipe prepare every where. It is very tasty and very easy to cook and take short time for preparation. Baking soda used to make it boiled quickly or take very short time for preparation. How i prepare it now we discuss it.
Safaid channay with salad
Ingredients :
Safaid channay: half kg
Onions: 2
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Tomato: 2 to 3
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Baking soda (meetha soda): 2 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Onions: 2
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Tomato: 2 to 3
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Baking soda (meetha soda): 2 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Preparation :
1: First of all clean up channa and sink in to warm water and placed it in to sun light for 1 hour.
2 After 1 hour add channay in to a pores bowl or a basket then add 2 tsp baking soda and mixed it with channa well and leave it for almost 10 to 15 minutes then washed it well .
3: Now take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and fry them for 4 to 5 minutes then add all above the in to it and fry them well.
4: When masala fry well then add channay but it is necessary that channay washed well in water even a small quantity of soda not leave on it.
5: Now fry channay in masala for almost 8 to 10 minutes then add water in to it for boiling.
6: when channay boiled mean with finger it is separate in to two parts then it is ready.
7: Now add green coriander on it and serve with roti or rice with salad and Raita etc
