Mazedaar dahi baray recipe :
Dahi baray is a very tasty and delicious recipe. It's taste is wonderful and mouth watering. It is mostly prepare on events like Chand rat function, eid, birthday parties, Aftar parties and on public places it is available all the time.
Dahi baray spiciness depending on your taste that how much you like it spicy so our young generation always ready to eat this types of food and they want to eat spicy snacks, fast food, oily food like samosa, dahi baray etc.
For it's preparation it is necessary yogurt and all the vegetables which is used in it are fresh. Ready-made Masala for dahi baray also available in markets but you also prepare it in home.

Mazedaar dahi baray
Ingredients :
Besan: 1 kg (for bondi, pappri and baray)
Yogurt: 1 kg
Onions: 6-7
Tomatoes: 5-6
Green chillis: 8 to 10
Potatoes: half kg
Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Green Coriander: Crushed 1 cup
Mint: Crushed 1 cup
Baking soda: half tsp
Yogurt: 1 kg
Onions: 6-7
Tomatoes: 5-6

Green Coriander: Crushed 1 cup
Mint: Crushed 1 cup
Baking soda: half tsp
Masala for dahi baray :
Red pepper: half tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Dried coriander powder : 2 tsp
Cumin powder : 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp or according to your taste
Cinnamon powder: half tsp
Cardamom powder: half tsp
Aamchoor powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper: half tsp
Dried coriander powder : 2 tsp
Cumin powder : 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp or according to your taste
Cinnamon powder: half tsp
Cardamom powder: half tsp
Aamchoor powder: 1 tsp
Ingredients for bhegaar:
Kari patta: 1 cup leaves
Cumin: 1 tsp
Red chillis: 5-6
Oil for : according to your need
Cumin: 1 tsp
Red chillis: 5-6
Oil for : according to your need
Preparation :
1: First of all clean up all above ingredients and boiled the potatoes.
2: Now all above ingredients cut into small pieces.
3: In a bowl add besan, salt, baking soda, water and make a viscous mixture.
4: Now in a karahi add oil and make bondi, and baray. Fry them until their color turns to light golden and now sink them in water for almost 10 minutes.
5: Now in a bowl add cutting onions, potatoes, tomatoes, green chillis, green coriander and mint, garlic paste and mixed them well.
6: Now in another bowl add yogurt and all above masala ingredients and mixed them well.
7: Now add this yogurt in to first bowl and add bondi, pappri and baray in it and mixed them slightly. (Pappri available in markets).
8: For bhegaar in a fring pan add oil, red chillis and kari patta fry them until a frying smell come out.
9: Now add it in to dahi baray bowl and mixed in it slightly.
10: Mazedaar dahi baray is ready to eat serve with chatnies etc.
