It is very tasty and delicious recipe. Palak or spinach and daal channa this combination give a mouth watering taste. 

Spinach are rich with iron which is necessary for blood creator in body. It is very good vegetable and have alot of health benefits.

How I prepare palak daal recipe now we discuss about it.

Ingredients:


Spinach: 1 kg
Daal channa: 1 cup
Onions: 2
Tomato: 3
Green chilli: 8
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: half tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: half tsp
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need

Preparation :


1: Boil spinach and daal channa well. 

2: Now take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and fry them well.

3: Now add all above ingredients in to it and fry them until masala's fragrance come from it

4: Now add spinach in it and mixed them well with masala

5: Now add daal channa and mixed them well with spinach.

6: cooked it almost 10 to 15 minutes

7: Now a tasty palak daal recipe is ready to eat serve with roti or Naan.
