Bharay masala tinday
Ingredients :
Tinday: 1 kg
Onions: half kg
Tomatoes: 1 to 2
Green chillis: 5 to 6
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Cumin powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup or small bowl Crushed
Onions: half kg
Tomatoes: 1 to 2
Green chillis: 5 to 6
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Cumin powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup or small bowl Crushed
Preparation :
1: First of all wash tinday and make deep cuts on it like cross shape.

2: Grand onions and green chillis in a grander and add all above masala in to it except green coriander and tomatoes.

3: Now add this masala in to tinday's cuts with the help of knife or small spoon.

4: Take a tensile add oil, onions's masala,bharay tinday and tomatoes in to it and fry them well.
Tinday ready for cooking
5: Now cover tensile lid and leave it for almost 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
6: When tinday well cooked then our recipe is ready, at last add green coriander on it and serve it.
