Kofta recipe in Desi style :
Kofta recipe is a very tasty and very delicious recipe. It is also called meat ball. Meat ball taste is wonderful. It is very easy to prepare and take very short time for preparation.
How I prepare kofta in Desi style now we discuss about it.
Ingredients :
For meat ball:
Beef: half kg
Onions: 2
Ginger and garlic paste: 2 tsp
Mint: half cup
Green coriander: 1 cup
Roasted gram : half cup
Green chillis: 6 to 7
Lemon juice: 3 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Coal: 1 to 2
Oil 1 tsp

For masala ingredients :
Onions: 1-2
Tomatoes: 2
Ginger and garlic paste: 1 tsp
Green chillis:
Tomatoes: 2
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Yogurt: 1 kg
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Cinnamon: 1-2
Tomatoes: 2

Tomatoes: 2
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Yogurt: 1 kg

Preparation:
First of all prepare meat balls.
Make Qeema of boneless pieces of meat.
Then all above meat ball ingredients mixed with Qeema and make it's meat balls.

Then all above meat ball ingredients mixed with Qeema and make it's meat balls.
Now fry meat balls and then give coal smoke to meat balls for its barbecue taste.

Cover tensile lid to give coal smoke

All masala ingredients fry well in oil and when masala well cooked then add meat balls into it and fry them for 5 to 7 minutes then add 2 glass water in to it and cooked in to low flame.

When kofta well cooked and oil come on gravi surface the it is ready add green chillis and green coriander on it.
Delicious kofta in Desi style is ready to eat serve with Raita and chatni, salad with roti or Naan etc.
