Ingredients :
Tinday: half kg
Onions: 3 to 4
Tomatoes: 2 to 3
Green chillis: 5-6
Green coriander: 1 cup
Red pepper: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: half tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Preparation Method :
In a tensile add oil and onions and fry them well. Now add tomatoes and all above ingredients except green coriander and fry them well.

Now add tinday and fry them until all masala mixed and mashed with tinday and tinday well cooked then add a small amount of warm water in it and cover tensile lid for almost 15 to 20 minutes.
