Daal chawal recipe

Simple Daal chawal recipe :
Daal chawal recipe is very simple food cook every where in most countries especially in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh etc. It takes too much short time for cooking.it is very easy and tasty dish also count in casual dishes.
Ingredients:
Rice : 1/2 kg
Daal moong :  2 and half cup
Garlic: 1 tsp
Ginger :1 tsp
Green chilli: 2-3
Red chilli: 1/2 tsp
Cumin :1 tsp
Salt as your taste
Turmeric powder :1/2 tsp
Green Coriander
Oil: half cup for tarka
How to prepare simple Daal chawal?
Preparation:
Take a tensile add water and 1/2 tsp salt into it on burner and boil it. when water boiled then add rice in to it and boil until the rice boiled then remove water from the rice.
Take another tensile or pressure cooker add water in to it then add salt, red chilli,Turmeric powder and daal moong in to it and cover the tensile lid if pressure cooker use then lock it well and rest for 8 t
Now make tarka for it. Take a fring pan add oil in to it then add garlic and ginger paste in to it and Fri until it's smell come out and it turns into golden color now add green chilli and Cumin in to it and Fri for 2 min then add into daal moong now it is ready add green coriander on it. Enjoy a simple and very tasty dish Serve with salad.
