How to make Gajar kheer?
Gajar (carrot) kheer is a very delicious and yummy sweet dish. It is cook every where and easy to prepare take short time for preparation.
Fresh carrots give a delicious creamy taste with rice and milk. Some Childrens don't want to eat carrots so we give carrots them in the form of gajar kheer and they liked it.
Delicious gajar kheer
Ingredients:
Carrots: half kg
Rice: 1 cup
Milk: 2 kg
Sugar: according to your taste
Cardamom: 5 to 6
Khoya: 1 cup
Saffron: 2 to 3 thread
Rice: 1 cup
Milk: 2 kg
Sugar: according to your taste
Cardamom: 5 to 6
Khoya: 1 cup

How to prepare gajar kheer?
1: Take a tensile add milk in to it then add rice, carrots and Cardamom in to it and boil them.
2:when boiled the above ingredients then add sugar, khoya and Saffron in to it and cook it until the material viscous.
3: Now gajar kheer is ready serve with hot or cold.
