Saag Desi recipe

Saag Desi recipe :

Green leaves are great source of iron which is necessary nutrients for our body. Saag is a very tasty green leaves vegetable. It is Desi food mostly cook in village sides of Pakistan. There are many eating herbs in it which make it's taste more delicious and tasty. Mostly green chillis are used in it and make it spicy. How it prepare now discuss it.
Sarson ka saag
                         Desi saag recipe 
Ingredients:

Spinach: 1 kg
Mustard leaves(sarson ka saag) : 2 kg
Green chillis: 10 to 15
Green coriander: 3 cups
Salt: according to your taste 

For tarka:

Oil: 1 cup
Garlic paste: 3 tsp

Preparation:

1: First of all cutting the mustard leaves, spinach, green chillis and green coriander.

2: Now washed them in a water tap or basket.

3: Take a tensile add water in to it then add all cutting material and salt in to and boil it.

4: When saag boil then dried water and grand it in a grander machine.

5: Now take a fring pan add oil in to it then add garlic paste and fry it until its color turn to golden brown.

6: Now add saag in to it and mixed well.

7: Tasty spicy and delicious Desi saag is ready to eat serve with corn flour roti, chatni or salad.
