Chicken karela handi

Chicken karela handi recipe :

Karela or bitter ground is a very tasty vegetable. It is available both summer and winter season. It is prepared in different ways. Many delicious dishes prepare with karela. Chicken karela handi is a very tasty delicious and mouth watering dish. It is also prepare with Qeema, Allu, Beef or mutton, daal channa etc. I cook this with chicken. It take very short time for preparation almost half hour. How it prepare now we discuss it.

Ingredients:

Chicken: 1 kg
Karela: half kg
Onions: half kg
Potatoes: 4 to 5
Green chilli: 7 to 8
Red pepper 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Cumin powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need

Preparation:

1: First of all clean up chicken and cut into small pieces.

2: Now take a tensile add oil and 2 to 3 onions in to it and fry them until their color turns to golden brown.

3: Now add chicken, garlic and ginger paste, Turmeric powder and salt in to it and fry them well.

4: when chicken color turns to golden brown then add tomatoes and green chillis, red pepper, Cumin and dried coriander powder in to it and fry them well on very low burner .

5 In other side take a fring pan add oil in to it then add karelas and fry them.

6: when karela' s color change add onions in to it and fry them well until fragrance come from it.

7: Now add this fry karela and onions in to chicken handi and mixed them well.

8: Now it is ready add crushed green chilli and green coriander on it.

9: serve with roti or Naan etc.
