Mixed daal recipe

Mixed Daal Recipe:

Mixed daal is a very tasty delicious and mouth watering dish. It is consist of daal moong, masoor and channa. Their taste is so yummy and delicious. Mostly mixed daal prepare with boiled rice or simple rice bt I prepare this with matar pulao. Daal chawal combination is very common every where. Every body like it and it is very easy to cook. How it prepare now we discuss it.

Ingredients:

Daal channa: 1 cup
Daal moong: 1 cup
Daal masoor: 1 cup
Garlic: 3 tsp in small pieces
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Green Coriander: 2 cups
Green chilli: 7 to 8
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need

Preparation :

1: First of all clean up daal and wash them well then sink them in water for almost half hour.

2: Take a pressure cooker add 1 to half liter water in it  then add daal moong, masoor and channa in to it.

3: Now add salt, Turmeric powder, red pepper, dried coriander powder in to it.

4: when water boiled then lock the pressure cooker when it's bell start then note the time almost 20 to 25 minutes.

5: Now take a fring pan add oil in to it then add Crushed garlic pieces in to it and fry until their color turns to golden brown.

6: Now add this tarka in to daal then add green chillis, Cumin powder, green coriander in to it.

7: Tasty yummy delicious mixed daal is ready serve with roti or rice.
