Tinday or Apple gourd / round gourd is a very tasty vegetable. It is mostly eat in South Asian countries. Its taste is wonderful and so delicious. It is cook with meat or simple and many ways of its cooking. I cook this with beef. How I prepare tinday gosht recipe now we discuss it.

Ingredients :

Meat (Beef): half kg
Tinday or Apple gourd: half kg
Onions: 2
Tomato: 1 to 2
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 1-2
Cardamom: 1-2
Green chilli: 7 to 8
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed

Preparation :

1:First of all wash meat and cut into small pieces.

2:Secondly wash apple gourd and cut into small pieces and dip into water.

3 :Now take a tensile add oil and cutting onions in to it and fry them for 4 to 5 minutes.

4 :Now add ginger and garlic paste, Turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon and Cardamom in to it and fry them well.

5:Now add beef in to it and fry them until oil comes on the surface of tensile.

6:Now add water in to it and boiled it on low burner for almost 20 to 25 minutes.

7:When water dried and meat boiled well then add red pepper, tomatoes, green chillis, dried coriander powder,Cumin powder in to it and fry them well until masala fragrance come and oil separate from masala.

8:Now add tinday and fry them well for almost 8 to 10 minutes then add water in to it and cook them, cover the tensile lid.

9:When tinday well cooked then add green coriander on it and serve them with roti etc.
