Ingredients :
Yogurt: 1 kg
Besan: 1 cup
White channay: 2 cups( boiled)
Potatoes: 4 to 5 (boiled)
Onions: 3 to 4
Mint: 2 cups
Tomatoes: 3 to 4
Green coriander: 1 cup
Green chilli: 5 to 6
Chaat masala: 1 packet
Red pepper: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin: 2 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil for frying baray: 2 cups
Besan: 1 cup
White channay: 2 cups( boiled)
Potatoes: 4 to 5 (boiled)

Oil for frying baray: 2 cups
Preparation:
1: First of all boiled channay and potatoes and cut all above ingredients in to small pieces.
2: Now add all above ingredients in to a bowl and add all above masala ingredients in to it and mixed them well.
3: Add small amount of yogurt in to bowl and mixed them well.
4.: Now in an other bowl add besan and backing powder and small quantity of water in to it and mixed them well until a viscous mixture ready.
5: Now take a fring pan add oil in to it and warm it, now add very small quantity of viscous mixture of besan and fry them until their color turns to golden brown.
