DESI MUTTON KARAHI RECIPE:
Mutton karahi recipe is a very delicious and tasty Desi dish, prepare in a Desi style with great taste.

Desi style Mutton karahi prepare in a iron tensile or karahi on low flame burner. No too much masalas are used in it so that's why it's natural taste of mutton make this karahi very tasty and delicious.
Ingredients:
Mutton: 1 kg
Onions: 4 to 5
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Tomato: 2 to 3
Green chillis: 5-6
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Cinnamon: a small piece
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander in: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Onions: 4 to 5
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp

Green chillis: 5-6

Cinnamon: a small piece

Turmeric powder: half tsp
Dried coriander in: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: half tsp

Preparation:
First of all in a karahi add oil and onions then fry it for almost 5 minutes then add mutton, ginger and garlic paste, salt, Turmeric powder and cinnamon in to it and fry them well almost 10 to 15 minutes.
Now add 2 glass water in it and boil it on very low flame. When mutton boiled well then add all above ingredients in to it and fry them well.
At last add green coriander and green chillis on it and serve it.
