Ingredients:
Potatoes: 3 to 4 (cut in round shape)
Tomatoes: 2 to 3
Onions: 2
Green chillis: 5
Cumin: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red pepper: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: according to your need
Green coriander: 1 cup Crushed
Tomatoes: 2 to 3

Preparation:
1: First of all wash potatoes and cut in to round shape.
2: Take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and fry them.
3: Now add tomatoes, green chillis, salt, red pepper, Cumin, dried coriander powder and Turmeric powder in it and fry them well until masala's fragrance come from it.
4: Now add potatoes in it and fry them almost 10 minutes then cover the tensile lid for almost 15 minutes.
5: Now masaladar Allu recipe is ready to serve. At last add green coriander on it.
