Chicken Broast recipe is a very tasty and delicious crispy recipe. It's taste is wonderful and mouth watering. Every body like it and always ready to eat broast not only adults but also childrens and old peoples.
I boiled chicken in milk first of all then I prepare chicken broast with large pieces of chicken. I used drum sticks ( leg pieces) , chest pieces, wings etc. Masala filling in cuts that I cuts in chicken pieces. When I fry it's taste is wonderful and so crispy and delicious.

Ingredients:
Chicken: half kg (large pieces)
Milk for boiling chicken: half kg
Eggs: 2
Broast masala: 1 packet
Corn flour: 1 cup
Wheat flour: half cup

Preparation:
1: First of all clean up chicken pieces and then boiled it in milk for almost 10 to 15 minutes.
2: Now add eggs and broast masala on chicken pieces.
3: Now dip these pieces into remaining boiled milk and then dip in corn and wheat flour and then fry it into oil.
4: When chicken pieces deep fried and it's color turns to golden brown then take it in to plate.
